We all know that it’s important to get regular exercise. However, we don’t all have the time or motivation we need to actually receive the workout we need every day. With the right essential workout moves it is possible to skip out on your daily exercise now and again. As long as you do these great exercises, you don’t have to worry about the occasional day when you just can’t fit in a trip to the gym or a thirty minute workout video.

These essential workout moves can be done just about anywhere. Moreover, all you need is your bodyweight in order to do them. You don’t need any special equipment. For this reason, many people can do them regardless of whether they’re in an office at work, a tiny hotel room while they’re travelling, or in a small apartment that just doesn’t have any space to spread out.

Using your bodyweight for your essential workout moves means that all you need is your own body’s weight to act as resistance. Just as is the case with lunges and push-ups, you don’t need anything extra to get them done. You just need to know how to do them. Most high intensity circuit training (HICT) exercises will use this technique. They allow you to benefit from a quick and intense workout that will greatly reduce the length of time it takes you to work out.

The following are some of the best options for getting your exercise without having time or equipment. So even when your motivation is very low, you’ll still be able to get the job done.

· Push-ups – Yes, this may seem a little old school, but they’re just as good for your strength training as they always have been. Just be sure to learn how to do them properly so you will reduce the risk of injury. This requires a solid plank position and not an arched back.

· The plank – If you haven’t mastered the plank, then you won’t be able to do your push-ups properly. This very basic exercise takes a great deal of core, arm and shoulder strength. It’s a fantastic part of any workout and will help to make other exercises more effective, too.

· Spider lunges – Begin as though you were going to start doing push-ups. Next, bend your leg and your right foot up to the outside of your right hand, setting your foot down flat on the floor. Bring your foot back to the starting position again and then repeat with the left.

· Squats – Nobody likes squats, but if you can’t do other more time consuming exercises and you don’t have any equipment, then you may as well resign yourself to doing a few of these. In a handful of minutes, you’ll feel like you spent a whole hour at the gym.

To get even more out of your workout, give APEX-TX5 diet pills a try. It provides powerful support for any exercise session.
